We offer standard nationwide shipping for R120, with delivery in 1–2 business days. Orders over R2500 qualify for FREE shipping. Every order is tracked and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Please allow for slight delays during public holidays.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us and we'll arrange a convenient pickup. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly. Please note: for hygiene reasons, disposable items (pads, applicators, wands, tape, etc.) cannot be returned. Exchanges on non-defective items require the customer to cover courier costs both ways.
